We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We provide a 100% money back guarantee, to all products that are returned in good condition, within 30 days of delivery. Products can only be returned if they are still in good condition and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return postage cost and you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Used-looking products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund. Once we have receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your reason for return. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com.
COVID-19 Best Practice
For Covid-19 best practice for returning products in the current situation:
You can book a collection with a courier company and tape your return label to your package. Then leave your parcel in a safe place outside, with a note on your door for the courier driver. Unfortunately, even in the current circumstances we cannot allow any exemptions, this would lead to abuse of our 30 day guarantee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and return the item you have, then once the return is accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
